Our Director
Tulana Norman
Executive Center Director

Hello! My name is Tulana Norman, and I am honored to serve as the Executive Center Director at Imagine Early Education and Childcare McKinney. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and a Texas Director’s License, I am passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting families in our community.
My journey in education began as a teenager working with toddlers, where I quickly discovered a deep love for teaching and curriculum development. Over the years, I have had the privilege of holding various leadership roles, training staff, and developing programs for children from birth through twelve years old. Each day, I am inspired by the joy and curiosity that children bring into our center, and I feel grateful to witness their growth and development firsthand.
On a personal note, I have been happily married to my husband, Gregory, for over 20 years. Together, we have two wonderful children: Hayden, who is currently attending the University of Oklahoma, and Maddox, our talented musical genius.
I am committed to building lasting relationships and creating meaningful memories with our families as we work together to lay the foundation for each child’s successful educational journey.
Extra-curricular activities
At Imagine McKinney, we believe that learning doesn’t stop in the classroom. We are committed to an environment that fosters healthy cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development. That’s why we offer enriching activities that go beyond traditional lessons, giving young children opportunities to explore, create, and grow in fun, engaging ways. These extra programs encourage confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills that last a lifetime.
Our center
It is our goal to ensure that children are cared for and educated in a way that inspires a love of learning that continues throughout their educational journey. We believe that by choosing to enroll your children at our quality child care center, you have taken the first step towards laying down a foundation for learning. Our caring and responsive educators create a family-type environment at our early learning center. This is fundamental to children feeling secure, relaxed, and happy. We work collaboratively with families to encourage your child to become an independent, creative, curious, and active learner in life.

At Imagine McKinney, we offer a variety of early care and educational programs that grow with your child. Each stage is designed to meet developmental milestones while supporting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
