Hi, I’m Ramon, and I’m thrilled to be the Executive Center Director at Imagine Early Education & Childcare in Plano. With over 10 years of experience in the child care industry, I started my career working with school-age programs and developed a deep appreciation for working with young learners. As I advanced into leadership roles, I focused on building effective teams and implementing best practices to enhance both staff and student experiences.

In my role as Executive Center Director, my goal is to support and guide our educators to excel while fostering a positive and nurturing environment for your child. I’m committed to empowering our team to deliver high-quality child care and ensuring every child succeeds.
